Mandarin Orange Dessert
- 1 (3 ounce) packages orange flavor gelatin
- 3/4 cup hot water
- 1 (6 ounce) cans frozen orange juice
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
- 1 (11 ounce) cans mandarin oranges, drained
- 2 cups whipped cream (optional)

Dissolve gelatin in water and add frozen orange juice.
Allow ice cream to stand at room temperature until soft enough to stir; combine with gelatin mixture. Add whipped cream if desired. Add mandarin oranges and refrigerate overnight.
