Filling: 1 c. light brown sugar 1 lg. egg 1 c. nuts (walnuts) 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tbsp. unsalted softened butter dash of salt Fill mini muffin cup about 3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees 30 mins. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool.
