Ingredients
- 1/2 cup non-fat dry milk
- 1/2 cup ice water
- 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar substitute
Preparation
Step 1
Place bowl and egg beater in refrigerator for about 2 hours. Mix non-fat milk and ice water in chilled bowl, beat with mixer until soft peaks form. Add juice and sweetener and beat again until mixture forms stiff peaks.
