- 1 . 1 Select 3-4 nicely sized baking potatoes.
- 2 . 2 Wash and dry potatoes, rub with vegetable oil and sprinkle with salt.
- 3 . 3 Wrap in foil.
- 4 . 4 Place in crock pot on low heat in the morning.
- 5 . 5 Do not add liquid to crock pot.
- 6 . 6 Slow cook for 6-8 hours.
