Healthy Roulade

This is a delicious healthy dessert with only 4 Slimming World syns for the whole roulade. Particularly nice with white chocolate options and berries, but you can use any flavor combinations.

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tbsp Splenda/artificial sweetener
  • 2 sachets white chocolate (or other flavor)Options hot chocolate powder
  • Nonfat fromage frais or plain yogurt
  • Chopped fruit or berries

Preparation

Step 1

1) Preheat oven 180 degrees C. Line swiss roll in or cookie sheet with non-stick baking parchment.

2) Separate eggs and beat yolks until thick with electric beater. Add sweetener and beat again until thicker. Add Options powder and fold in gently

3) Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry. Fold gently into yolk mixture.

4)Pour onto swiss roll tin and bake for approximately 15 minutes. Leave to cool.

5) Carefully remove from baking parchment. Spread with fromage frais or nonfat plain yogurt and fruit. Carefully roll up. Slice to serve.
