Ingredients
- 10-12 cabbage leaves
- 1 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 tbl minced onion
- 3 tbl parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- dash pepper
- 3/4 stock
- cooking fat
Preparation
Step 1
1- Place leaves in lg pot boil 5 min till soft, drain on towel. Cut off hard ribs
2- Combine beef garlic onion parsley salt & pepper & mix well
3- Put generous amount of meat mixture into center of leaf and fold up
Cook in oven 350o 1 hr
