STUFFED CABBAGE (Grandma's Jewish Cookbook)

Ingredients

  • 10-12 cabbage leaves
  • 1 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 4 tbl minced onion
  • 3 tbl parsley
  • 1 tsp salt
  • dash pepper
  • 3/4 stock
  • cooking fat

Preparation

Step 1

1- Place leaves in lg pot boil 5 min till soft, drain on towel. Cut off hard ribs

2- Combine beef garlic onion parsley salt & pepper & mix well

3- Put generous amount of meat mixture into center of leaf and fold up

Cook in oven 350o 1 hr
