Ingredients
- 3 to 6 lbs of ground meat
- 3 to 4 cans of chili beans
- 2 small cans of green chili (I like using Old El Paso or Ortega brands)
- 1 to 2 cans of black beans
- 1 can of each of mild and mexican rotel
- 1 medium onion (yellow or white)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 package of chili powder
Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat. I usually put my onion and garlic in while browning the meat. Then in a crock pot I put all the ingredients in. If you wish not to have a lot of liquid drain the rotel and black beans. I let it cook on low 3 to 4 hours.
