Homemade Onion Soup Mix

• Onion Soup Mix
• 3/4 cup dried minced onion
• 1/3 cup beef bullion granules
• 1 1/2 Tbsp. onion powder
• 1/4 tsp. celery seed
• 1/4 tsp. sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Store in a jar with an airtight lid.

5 Tablespoons of mix is equal to a 1.25 ounce package of onion soup.

To make onion soup dip, mix 5 Tbsps. of mix with one 16 ounce container of sour cream. Stir to mix well and chill in fridge for several hours.
