Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh orange roughy or flounder
- 1/4 C butter - melted
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1/4 t each of pepper, paprika and dried basil
- 1/8 t garlic powder
- 1/4 C bread crumbs
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all but fish and crumbs and dip fish in the mixture.
Coat all over with crumbs.
Put in greased dish in single layer.
Spoon rest of mixture over fish.
BAKE: 475 degrees approximately 15 minutes or until flaky.
