Ingredients
- 5 to 6 lb filet
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 cup fresh rosemary
- 1/2 cup fresh basil
- 2 teas kosher salt
- 2 teas fresh pepper
- 3 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons virgin olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together in food processor
Except the beef, spread paste over beef
Cook at 450 for 15 minutes than 425 for an hour
