  • Spread cookie dough onto greased pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown (10 - 15 minutes). Cool.

  • Topping: Mix together powdered sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla and put on crust.

FRUIT LAYER: Use different fruits that are in season, or fruits of your choice. Sliced bananas, sliced kiwi, sliced pineapple, blueberries, seedless grapes cut in half, melon balls sliced in half, strawberries, watermelon, or cherries. Arrange fruit on top of the TOPPING LAYER by color and size starting on the outside. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- GLAZE: 1) 8 oz. apricot preserves 2) 2 teaspoons lemon juice Boil glaze ingredients and cool, then brush top of pizza with liquid. Refrigerate.
