Audrey's Sauce for Ham

My neighbour, Audrey, is asked to bring this sauce to every family Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner. It sounds a little unusual, but it is delicious - a perfect sweet/sour balance. She always doubles it. Heather

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/3 cup white vinegar, boiling
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk egg, add sugar and mustard, whisk again, then add to boiling vinegar. Boil one minute or until thickened. That's it!
