Ingredients
- 1 medium onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 (14 0z) cans tomato sauce
- 1 (10 oz.) can mushroom with liquid
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 (6 oz. ) pkg. mozarella cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion and garlic in oil. Add ground beef. Brown. Remove excess fat. Stir in tomato sauce and mushrooms with liquid, water and oregano. Bring to a boil. Combine cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, egg, oil and salt. Spoon 1/3 of sauce into pan, Cover with 1/3 lasagne, 1/3 sauce, /3 lasagne, spread cheese mixture on and cover with remaining lasagna and sauce. Top with mozarella cheese slices. Cover with foil and bake at 375 - 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes.
