Ingredients

    stick butter

  • 1

    large onion - chopped

  • 1/2

    C celery - chopped

  • 1

    - 6 oz. can tomato paste

  • 1/4

    C bell pepper - chopped

  • 2

    tbs. minced garlic

  • 1/4

    C parsley

  • 2

    lbs shrimp

  • 1

    tsp + salt

  • 1

    tsp black pepper

  • 1

    tsp cayenne pepper

  • dash of Tabasco

Directions

Melt butter, fry onions and celery. Add can of tomato paste, fry till grease comes to top. Add bell peppers, garlic, parsley and shrimp. Cook till shrimp are pink. Add 2 cups water. Cook about 40 minutes. Add 6 + cups of cooked rice (2+cups dry). 6 points
