Ingredients
- 2 pints cherry tomato's
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 t. red pepper flake
- 2/3 cup olive oil or less
- salt and pepper
- spring of rosemary
- pinch of oregano
- Toasted baggette bread or pita chips!

Preparation
Step 1
Place garlic on a greased tray and cook until tender in oven. Smash slightly. Place tomato's on a baking sheet and toss with olive oil. Cover with rest of ingredients including the garlic. Cook about 20 minutes or until tomato's start to pop open. Serve with bread or pita chips.
