Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 pkg The Pantry Club® Gourmet Jalapeño Dip Seasoning
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 onion
Preparation
Step 1
Cut chicken on small pieces.
Season the chicken with The Pantry Club® Gourmet Jalapeño Dip Seasoning.
Cut one bell pepper into small squares.
Cut an onion on small squares.
Put a square of chicken, onion and green pepper onto a skewer and repeat this combination until it’s full (but leave enough at each end to be able to turn skewer during cooking).
Cook on the barbecue grill until chicken is fully cooked and lightly browned.
