- 2 C flour
- 1 t salt
- 2 C milk, room temperature
- 4 eggs, room temperature

1. Sift flour and salt together. Stir in milk. Add eggs, one at a time, beat well.
2. Refrigerate several hours, covered. 30 minutes before serving, use about 1/4 C oil from beef drippings to grease a 9x13 baking dish. Heat dish in oven until grease pops.
3. Add batter to dish, bake 425 deg., 15 minutes til risen. Serve immediately.
