Cake Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 box cake mix
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 2 large eggs
• powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Stir by hand cake mix, oil and eggs until dough forms.
3. dust hands with powdered sugar and shape dough into 1" balls.
4. Roll balls in sugar and place 2" apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
5. Bake 8-10 minutes until center is just set.
6. Remove from cookie sheets after 1 minute to cool.
