Ingredients
- 1 pounds oreida frozen hashbrowns
- 1/2 cup onion - chopped
- salt and pepper
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup corn flakes

Preparation
Step 1
Thaw potatoes and mix with onion, s & p and cheese. Melt 1/2 cup butter, add to sour cream and soup, mix with potato mixture. Mix 1/4 cup butter (melted) with corn flakes and sprinkle on top Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
