- 1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 2 tbs scallions, chopped (optional)
- 1/4 tsp ground fennel (optional)
- 1/4 tsp ground anise seed (optional)

Step 1
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and whirl together until smooth. Store chilled in a covered jar, this dressing will keep for 2 weeks.
