Ingredients

  • 2.5 lbs ground beef
  • 1 16 oz can tomatoes
  • 2 16 oz cans tomato sauce
  • 1 6 oz tomato paste
  • 1 lg. onion chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 sm can mushrooms
  • 2 tsp salt
  • pepper
  • (or can use 2 big jars of spaghetti sauce)
  • 1 carton sour cream
  • 1 12 oz cottage cheese
  • 1 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped greem pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 16 oz spaghetti noodle

Preparation

Step 1

Brown beef and onions, drain well. Add tomato ingredients and seasoning, simmer 1 hour.

Cook pasta according to directions.

Layer spaghetti, meat sauce and cheese mixture, last top layer meat sauce and top with parmesan cheese.

Bake 350 for 1 hour.
