Fool Proof Pie Crust

This is amazing crust!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 3/4 cups Crisco
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup water

Preparation

Step 1

With fork, mix together flour, sugar, salt and Crisco. Beat together water, egg and vinegar. Stir in dry ingredients and mix with fork until moistened. Chill 15 minutes before rolling. Dough can be left 3 days in refrigerator or frozen. It will remain soft in the refrigerator.
