Sandwich Cookies w/ Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

• Cookies:
• 1 package devil's food cake mix
• 2 eggs
• 1/3 c. vegetable oil
• Frosting:
• 3 oz. softened cream cheese
• 1/4 c. softened butter
• 2-3 c. powdered sugar
• 1/4 t. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

mix together ingredients, roll dough into 1" balls. Place on cookie sheets & flatten slightly.

BAKE 350〫8-10 minutes


Let cool, frost & put two cookies together (can roll in holiday sprinkles)
