Ingredients
- 2 tbsp chickemin
- 1/4 tsp chilli powder
- 4 breast cut in chunks
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp ground corriander
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1-2 tbsp garlic salt
- some black pepper
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Brown then add lemon juice
chicken in skillet
add all seasoning
add tomato sauce
i used about 1/2 can coconut milk
then i squeezed fresh lemon juice at the end
