Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 3 c. milk
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • nutmeg to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Beat together 4 eggs, 3 cup milk. Add and blend quickly: 2 cup flour, 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 4 tablespoon sugar. Add and blend: 1/4 cup melted butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla. Batter should be thin. Pour into hot crepe pan, tilting as you pour, just to cover. Bottom of pan. Brown both sides. Brush with melted butter. Sprinkle with brown sugar and. Roll up. If all made at once, keep warm.
