Ingredients
- 2 cans (540 ml) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pinch cayenne/spices of choice
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400F. In large bowl, toss chickpeas with oil, salt and spices. Spread on large baking sheet in a single layer. Bake 45 mins. or until golden, shaking pan a couple of times during cooking. Let cool completely.
