Funeral Cookies

Ingredients

• 3 cups oats
• 1 cup coconut
• 6 tbsp cocoa
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 cups sugar
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/4 cup butter

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix oats, coconut, cocoa, and vanilla in a bowl.
2. In a saucepan mix sugar, milk, butter and boil for 1 minute.
3. Add syrup to dry ingredients and mix fast.
4. Drop by teaspoon on greased or waxpaper cookie sheet. Let set.
