Drumstick Cake

Ingredients

• st Layer:
• 1/4 cup margerine
• 3 tbsp. peanut butter
• 1 1/2 cup chocolate wafer crumbs
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans
• nd Layer:
• 8 oz cream cheese
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 2 eggs
• 2 tbsp. milk
• 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
• 4 1/4 cups whipped topping
• rd Layer:
• 1/4 cup choco sauce
• 1/4 cup butterscotch sauce
• 1/2 cup reserved wafer mix

Preparation

Step 1

1st Layer:
-Melt butter, stir in peanut butter
-Add wafer crumbs and pecans
-Press into 9x13 pan (reserve 1/2 cup for topping)

2nd Layer:
-Beat cream cheese, sugar and peanut butter
-Beat in eggs 1 at a time
-Add milk and vanilla
-Fold in whipped topping
-Spread over base

3rd Layer:
-Drizzle sauces on top
-Sprinkle with crumbs
-Freeze
