Horseshoe Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces butter
  • 32 ounces milk
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 3 8-ounce packages Old English Cheese
  • 12 ounces beer

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter, add flour, whip until smooth. Add milk, whip 10 minutes. Add cheese and rest of ingredients and mix. Before serving, add beer. Pour over toast and your choice of meat or other toppings.
