Flemish stew with brown ale and mustard

Ingredients
- 1 kg beef stew
- Fluid Solo
- 2 onions
- flour
- 2 bottles (33cl) dark beer
- 2 cup beef broth
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 white bread
- mustard
- pepper
- salt
Preparation
Step 1
1. Sauté the chopped onion browned in Solo liquid and keep aside.
2. Toss the meat here in the flour, season with salt and pepper and bake in what Solo Liquid.
3. Add the onions stewed with the meat and pour the beer and the long distance.
4. Add salt and pepper, bay leaf and brown sugar. Spread bread with mustard and place upside down in the stew.
5. Let the stew cook slowly several hours until the meat is tender and sauce thickens.
Serve the stew with fries or potatoes
