Ingredients

  • 6-8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 Tbsp honey
  • 2/3 cup Heinz 57 sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (8 oz) can chunk pineapple

Preparation

Step 1

Place chicken in 9 x 13" baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Bake in 400 degree oven for 30 minutes.

Drain pineapple; reserve 4 Tbsp liquid. Combine reserved liquid, 57 sauce and honey; pour over chicken. Bake an additional 25 minutes; basting occasionally.

Arrange pineapple over chicken and bake 10 minutes longer. Drain excess fat from sauce. Spoon sauce over chicken when serving.

Note: Very good served on rice.
