Saute a chopped onion in margarine. Chop (4 sticks) celery and also saute in same margarine. Chop up turkey liver and add to onion and celery mixture. When mixture gets a little brown add 1 pound of pork sausage. After a while add water to mixture. Then add 3 eggs to the bread crumbs (15 oz) sitting in a bowl. Then add parsley and pepper to bread crumbs. Also add some water. Then add the onion, celery, sausage mixture to the bread crumbs mixture.
When done add to turkey.
