Chili Beans

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef or turkey
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 large can chili beans (1 lb.14 oz.)
  • 2 or 3- 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
  • chili powder to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Brown meat and onion. Add other ingredients and simmer for 2 or 3 hours. (1 small can of white beans, chili beans or kidney may be added if you want more bean taste.)
