Apple Crisp

Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 8-10 medium apples
  • 1/2-3/4 c. white sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • sprinkle of nutmeg
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 stick soft butter (1/2 c.)

Preparation

Step 1

Slice apples and fill a slightly greased Pyrex pan. Mix sugar and spices. Sprinkle over apples. Topping: Mix ingredients until crumbly and spread over apples. Bake one hour at 350 degrees.
