Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 unbeaten egg whites
- 5 tbsp. cold water
- 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 1/2 tsp. light corn syrup
Preparation
Step 1
Place in top of double boiler and beat 7 minutes. Remove icing from heat and add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Continue beating until icing is correct consistency.
