Ingredients
- crunch about 18 Oreo cookies
- 3 tbsp. melted margarine + 1 tbsp. for topping
- 1 qt. ice cream softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 small (3 or 4 oz.) can evaporated milk

Step 1
Crunch about 18 Oreo cookies (take out insides). Mix with 3 tablespoons melted margarine. Press into 9 inch pie plate. Freeze a little. Soften 1 qt. ice cream. Something that will go with a chocolate topping. Put into pie shell. Freeze. For topping: Make early and let cool completely before putting it on the ice cream. In double boiler or glass bowl in microwave, melt 1 tablespoon margarine and add 1/2 cup sugar and stir. Add 1 small (3 or 4 ounce) can evaporated milk. Stir about 5 minutes or more until sauce thickens. When topping is cool, spread on frozen ice cream shell. Keep in freezer.
