Ingredients
- 2 - 8 oz. Cream Cheese (softened)
- 1 pkg shredded Mexican cheese
- 1 small can chopped black olives
- Chopped jalapenos (I use the pickles kid and about a 1/4 to 1/2 of the jar. You can also substitute a can of green chilies if you don't want them too spicy)
- 1 - pkg of large flour tortillas
Preparation
Step 1
Mix ingredients together. If you use the jar of jalapenos, stir in a little of the juice to give them an extra kick. Spread on the tortilla and roll up. Wrap in cling wrap and refrigerate at least two hours, overnight is best. Slice them into bite size pieces and serve. There will NOT be any left over! Guaranteed!
