  • 1 individual container Greek yogurt, honey flavored
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp whole-grain mustard
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 small sweet red onion, thinly sliced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 c coleslaw



Step 1

In a small mixing bowl, combine yogurt, mustards, vinegar, parsley and red onion. Stir together until evenly combined. Season the dressing with salt and pepper to taste. Place the cole slaw mix in another bowl and spoon a portion of your dressing on top; toss together. Add dressing until the slaw reaches desired consistency. Store in air-tight container in refrigerator until ready to serve. Serves 4-6.
