Lemon Jell-O Cake

Ingredients

• Part I:
• 1 box Lemon supreme cake mix
• 1 box Lemon jello
• 3/4 c. water
• 3/4 c. oil
• 4 eggs
• Glaze:
• 2-3 lemons
• 2 c. powdered sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all part I ingredients well. Bake 350 for 40 minutes. Glaze: Mix the juice of 2 or 3 lemons (or 1/2 c. from bottle) and powdered sugar. Mix well. Make holes with a fork all over the cake. Pour the beaten lemon glaze evenly all over the cake so it seeps into the holes & down the sides. 9 x 13 pan.
