Ingredients
- 3/4 lb. ground beef
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1 tbsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 10 oz. pkg. whole kernel corn
- 1 cup diced green pepper
- 1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup minute rice
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Brown beef and onion in skillet. Add spices, corn, green pepper, tomato sauce, and water. Cover and bring to a full boil, stirring occasionally. Stir in rice, reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese.
