Raspberry Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen (thawed) raspberries
  • 3 TBS cup aged balsamic vinegar OR raspberry balsamic vinegar
  • 2 TBS Raspberry preserves
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • salt, pepper and garlic to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Combine the raspberries, vinegars, sugar and mustard in a blender until smooth. Slowly stream in the oil until combined.
