Ingredients
- Dough:
- 3 eggs
- 2/3 Cup pumpkin
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 2/3 Cup Flour
- 1 Teaspoon salt
- 1 Teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 Teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- Powdered Sugar
- Filling:
- 8 ounce Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons butter (soft)
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla
- 1 Cup Powder Sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Combine and beat all ingredients. Grease cookie sheet and line with wax paper.
Spread dough on paper and sprinkle with nuts and bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Place dough in dish towel which is sprinkled with powdered sugar, roll and refrigerate for 1 hour or freeze for 15 minutes.
Filling
Beat all ingredients well, spread on roll, re-roll and refrigerate. I makes 2 pumpkin rolls and divide the filling.
