Ingredients
- 1 bag shredded cabbage
- 1 shredded apple
- 2 tbs milk
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 c. chopped dry roasted peanuts
- 2 tbs chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Combine the cabbage and apple in a bowl. In another bowl mix together the milk, lemon juice mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and sugar. add to cabbage and toss. sprinkle with peanuts and parsley and toss.
