  • Cooked Quinoa (I used red)
  • 1 ⁄4 cup
  • Italian Cheese (finely shredded)
  • 1 tablespoon
  • Tube Basil (found in the produce section)
  • 2 teaspoons
  • Minced Garlic
  • 2 teaspoons
  • WHITE Balsamic Vinegar
  • 4 4
  • Tomatoes (Diced)
  • 1 teaspoon
  • Coconut Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in a small mixing bowl., Serve with gluten-free bagel chips, or sliced french bread.
