Ingredients
- 1/3 c. oleo
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 tsp. onion salt
- 1/4 tsp. parsley
- 1/4 c. parmesan cheese
- 1 lb. fresh broccoli
- 1 small head cauliflower
- 2 medium zucchini or
- 1 - 32 oz. frozen pkg of broccoli and cauliflower
Preparation
Step 1
Steam vegetables until tender or cook frozen according to package directions. Drain off excess liquid.
While vegetables are cooking, combine butter and seasonings in saucepan and melt. Pour butter mixture over vegetables and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
