Chipotle Steak Tips

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef round steak (about one inch thick)
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 2 carrots, pared and chopped
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 - 8ounce can tomato sauce
  • 1 pkg Pantry Club Chipotle Chile seasoning

Preparation

Step 1

Cut steak into 4 serving pieces.

Dredge in flour, salt and pepper mix.

Brown and drain in skillet with a little oil.

Add carrots and rest of ingredients.

Cover and simmer until steaks are tender (about 2-3 hours).
