Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon margarine
- 3 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup degreased turkey drippings
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium saucepan, melt margarine over medium heat Stir in flour; cook, whisking constantly for 1 minute.
Add chicken broth, turkey drippings and salt to pan. Whisk broth mixture until combined.
Bring broth mixture to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer, uncovered, whisking frequently, until mixture thickens slightly, about 3 minutes.Pour gravy into a gravy boat or small bowl.
