Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 2 pinches ground cardamom
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients thoroughly and store in an airtight container with a secure lid. Store in a cool, dry place. If using fresh (new/freshly ground/unopened) spices, the blend is good for up to a year.
