Grilled Steak salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef flank steak
  • 1/2 c balsamic vinaigrette dressing
  • 1/4 t cracked pepper
  • 1 lb fresh asparagus
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1/8 t pepper
  • 6 c torn roamin lettuce
  • 1/2 c thinly sliced radishes
  • Parmesan Crisps
  • 6 Tfinely shredded parm cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1-In large metal dish place steak and 1/2 c dressing, turn to coat. cover, refrigerate 2 hrs or overnight

2-Heat oven to 350* Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray

3-Parm Crisps-spoon heaping teaspoonfuls of parm cheese in 12 mounds on cookie sheet. Spread each mound into 2" circle. Bake 6-8 min til light brown. Carefully remove from pan to cooling rack

4-Heat grill. Remove steak from marinade and reserve marinade. Sprinkle steak with cracked pepper Place steak on grill over med heat. Cover grill, cook 6-8 min til done

5-Toss asparagas with reserve marinade and grill asparagas. Cook 6-8 min.season with salt and pepper.

6-In large bowl toss lettuce radishes and 1/4 c dressing. Add meat and Parm Crisps
