bisquick waffle recipe

  • 1 1/2 cup bisquick
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 Teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 2 ea egg yolks
  • 2 ea egg whites
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Pre-heat waffle iron

Mix all ingredients except egg whites, sit aside. In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff. Gently fold beaten egg whites into bisquick mixture. Pour 1/4 - 1/3 cup batter onto center of hot waffle iron. Bake until steaming stops. Remove waffle carefully. Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream and fruit of your choice. Makes about 6 waffles
